Hi!
My name is alex. I’ve owned this blog for sometime but I never have really put in the effort to really write new posts, or make the blog stand out. So what I really want to do for this blog is to make the blog personal. I don’t want to write as if it was some company writing out articles as if it was sports illustrated, or some finess magazine. I would like to write professionally, and be credible by back up my statements about health, and fitness. I don’t really do diets unless they are backed up by science.
Also I would like to write about my experiences with working out, and training. The fitness industry is a very tough industry even just to stand out in a website let alone, be a personal trainer. There are so many different opinions, about what to eat, whether its low-fat, low-carb; there are so many workouts whether they are heavy weights, and leight weights, however I believe that there is only one thing that works. I think that there are just a few things that work its just the way the body works. To certain extent I think genes help out, then there comes science. What works works, and there is a reason for that.
I really want to put more into this blog such as brining a new design, or at least putting a picture at me so you can look it all day
, so if you have questions, or comments. please feel free to send me a message.
Later,
Alex
My Background
Ever tried a low-fat diet, and just ended up hungry. You may have lost a couple pounds in a few months but you were just left hungry, and not satisfied with the results. I used to run and I used to be in the cross country at Coronado High School. Every week I would run 3 miles. You’d assume that I’d lose weight but I didn’t. Not only that but I wasn’t even eating that much just 1,500 calories a day, but I was no where near a six pack then. Today I left the low-fat diets, running, and I decided to enter the High-Fat diets. At the beginning that seemed outrageous but after trying the diet I’m never going to go back after getting the slim, toned body that I have today.
